Hoses and Attachments

To determine which parts are included with each set please refer to the cleaning attachment section. If you are an existing Customer and you would like to try any of our hoses or attachments, please contact to arrange for a sample set to be sent, with no obligation, for a 1 week trial. There is a charge for the carriage. It is really important to understand and order the correct hose and attachment set for your requirements to enable you to realise the full potential of your power unit. Any hose or hose & attachment set with no letters after the part number (E.G. HO-20, 7.5m standard crush-proof hose) contains a standard hose that activates the power unit when plugged into the inlet and switches it off when unplugged. It can be used with any power unit but will not allow you to use any of the additional features that your system may have. Therefore, predominantly only used with the classic range of units. A hose with RC after the part number (E.G. HO-06RC, 7.5m on/off hose) allows you to turn the power unit on and off at the handset. It can be used with any power unit but will not allow you to use any of the additional features that your system may have. Therefore, predominantly only used with the classic range of units. A hose with PA after the part number (E.G. HO-06PA, 7.5m on/off hose with power adjusting facility) will allow you to adjust the suction power at the handset and should always be ordered when purchasing a Premium Power Unit without the VIP feature. It can be used with a VIP power unit but will not enable the VIP feature. Finally, a hose with VIP after the part number (E.G. HO-06VIP, 7.7m on/off hose with power adjusting and intelligent performance monitoring system) must always be specified when purchasing a VIP power unit to enable you to use all the available features. This hose will allow you to change the suction performance as well as telling the user when the filter, dirt bucket or motor needs attention. If you are even more confused after reading the above, please speak with one of our installation consultants who will ensure you receive the correct hose for your requirements and can explain or demonstrate in simpler terms.
